Hi Farideh! I have been doing a bit of a dive into hot dogs lately (at least those here on Martha's Vineyard) and the deeper that dive gets, well, the deeper I go. Your name comes up everywhere when I do searches on hot dogs. About to buy the book and check out some of your videos. Thanks for leading the way on this lengthy subject.
